From nomad to sedentary, such is the journey of this Monsieur Poké who exchanged his food-truck for an establishment in the county town. But actually: what is poké? It’s a Hawaiian takeout bowl, made with marinated fish or chicken accompanied by fresh fruits and vegetables. A bowl of freshness.
