You will have the opportunity to discover Russian and Armenian specialties in our establishment.
Gayané is the first name of a Roman martyr who took refuge in Armenia. It is especially that of the owner of this Russian and Armenian restaurant. In the kitchen, her mother concocts dishes and pastries every day and takes us on a journey through different specialties such as Dolma with cabbage, Armenian Kebab (unique in the region) meat cooked in tundir, the typical homemade Armenian hollow barbecue, served with homemade Armenian bread too.
On the Russian side, you will enjoy ravioli or Muscovite chicken ballotine. Good tip: late evening service.
