The large bay windows of the restaurant room overlook the “Ariège” river and offer a unique panorama of the imposing castle of Gaston Phoebus. In the evening, the castle's illuminations make the place magical.
It is in a refined atmosphere and a very careful setting that you will taste the local and gastronomic cuisine of Mr Lamotte which is cited in numerous cooking guides: Tables Gourmandes de l'Ariège, Petit Futé, Hubert guide, Académie European French gastronomy, France Etapes etc……. The Phoebus also obtained 2 forks in the Michelin Guide in 2001.
