The farm operates 300 hectares of land in the different communes in order to produce feed for our animals for the winter period and to graze our herds in the summer. We process and sell on the farm.
We have chosen the Gascon breed, the Ariège breed, which is hardy and adapts to life in the mountains. All summer long, they climb to the Prat d'Albis (mountain above Foix). It is also ideal for direct sale thanks to its unique good taste that reminds us of our region!
But also 300 sheep of the Tarasconnaise breed, a local breed also adapted to the rise in summer pastures, in Arreau, above Couflens, at the gates of Spain.
And finally our 60 pork butcher pigs (Large-White crossed Pietrain breed) raised outdoors in the woods around the farm.
We offer a wide range of farmhouse charcuterie made in our workshop on the farm, according to our ancestral, local and farm recipes.
Our products are guaranteed without preservatives, just salt, pepper, added to quality meat. All our cured meats are dried and matured in our dryer.
