Terraced house with the owners' guest house (2 guest rooms) but not overlooked. You access the ground floor via 2 steps. Entrance hall with storage. Living room with fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area. Cellar. toilet. Floor: Small relaxation (reading) lounge on the mezzanine over the living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Shower room with toilet. Internet access. Electric heating (dry inertia). Charges included in the price (electricity, water). Sheets, bathroom and kitchen linen provided. Optional cleaning service on request. Private parking shared with the guest rooms on site. Enclosed, private land in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Landscaped land located opposite the gîte with benches, table, chairs and a beautiful view of the valley. Shared above-ground swimming pool (2mx 4.5 m – 3 cm high).
Shelter to park your bicycles, motorcycles, etc. We provide you with a workbench and tools. Two artists used all their creativity to renovate part of this old family farm into a gîte. Generosity of spaces, “dazzling” colors and diverted objects are a real invitation to travel. For relaxation, the small mezzanine living room is converted into a reading area and opens onto the day room. In the summer we appreciate the shade of the chestnut tree which shelters the front of the door.
