The lakes of the department located at low altitude offer great opportunities for predator fishing with lures from a boat in a very peaceful setting. The most emblematic from this point of view is Lake Montbel located 10 minutes from the very pleasant medieval town of Mirepoix. There you will meet zander, pike and perch on a boat fully equipped for lure fishing.
