Providing you with unique festive evenings, sharing our passion for gastronomy, supporting our local producers, passing on our passion for wine...there was no shortage of motivations to start a great project with you!
So much so that it ended up coming to fruition, and thus the Epicure company was born.
L'Epicure is a family restaurant, caterer, events and wine merchant business created in 2021.
Our first vocation is the organization of evenings by reservation at the Domaine la Tour in Loubens, a beautiful Ariège building dating from the 13th century. These are based around a selection of wines to taste, a local epicurean meal and quality musical entertainment. Then, in order to meet a growing demand, we had the idea of expanding our offer by proposing both turnkey services at home, and privatizations of the estate. And because Epicure is also a wine merchant activity. We are committed to offering you references for all tastes and budgets from Ariège of course, but also from the Bordeaux region, Languedoc-Roussillon… and even Corsica! Trust us to choose with you the wines, champagnes and liqueurs that will pair wonderfully with your meal.
