Trained in earth and stone sculpture in Gard in 2000, it is in Ariège that I chose to develop my artistic activity. I mainly use different kinds of very chamotte sandstone.
Metal is also very present in my creations as a structure or “armor”, screwed, twisted, welded or bolted.
A lover of unusual places, industrial wastelands invaded by nature, I find inspiration and metal treasures there...
The sculptures that I present mix materials and play with contrasts: rough of raw chamotte, smooth, textured, colorful, rusty, jagged metal, oxidized lace….
The plant, the abstract and the figurative come together to give life to a people rescued from the rubble of another world……
